- A cancellation fee of $35 applies to all bookings cancelled 30+ days prior.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
- Studio Room offers one queen size bed, ensuite with shower, balcony, television, DVD and a kitchenette (tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery). One studio room is equipped with disabled facilities. All the rooms are air-conditioned.
- One Bedroom Apartment offers one queen size bed in the separate bedroom and one double divan in the open-plan lounge room, television and DVD player, ensuite with shower, dining and fully self-contained kitchen (stove oven, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, dishwasher, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery), and two balconies.
- Two Bedroom Townhouse is a combination of the Studio and the One-bedroom Apartment. There is separate entry to each level.
