Conference registrations are now open. Please note registrations can only be paid for by credit card.
Full conference program (Friday at The J, Saturday &  Sunday at CQUniversity, Noosa)

Balance Unbalance 2013 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations for full conference registration must be in writing (this includes email form). Telephone requests will not be honoured.

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of the conference.

  • Emails to [email protected] must be received by May 1, 2013, to receive a refund of the registration fees (less an administrative fee of $30.00).
  • Refund requests emailed less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration fees (less an administrative fee of $30.00).
  • Request for refunds received after this deadline will not be considered.
Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

In Summary:
  • Cancel on or prior to the 1st of May 2013: full refund, less an administrative fee of $30.00
  • Cancel between the 2nd of May 2013 and the 16th of May 2013: 50% refund, less an administrative fee of $30.00
  • Cancel on the 17th of May 2013 onwards: no refund

Balance Unbalance 2013 is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the Balance Unbalance 2013 Committee.
